With over 20 years experience creating window coverings, in both residential and commercial spaces, Steve Albertson brings a unique perspective to your project by combining the look and feel of residential treatments with the functionality required in commercial spaces. He is able to create window treatments that provide function and great style. Steve specializes in motorization of both Draperies and Hunter Douglas window fashions. From sun control screen shades to custom draperies, Steve has the ability to create beautiful window covering solutions for the most challenging projects.
Steve & his wife have 3 grown daughters. He was born and raised in Iowa and visits often to spend time with his large extended family. Steve loves to travel, especially to Hawaii. He is an avid golfer and golfs at as many different courses as possible. Steve resently attended an advanced Hunter Douglas training program and has been certified as a Hunter Douglas Motorization specialist.

Will Bathke understands that when you invest in your home only the best products will do. With more than 25 years experience he specializes in the creation of custom window treatments, shutters and reupholsterly. Will is committed to finding the perfect fabric and the best Hunter Douglas window fashion while creating the most personal design for his clients. Will provides his clients with the best possible customer service and works to create window coverings that meet all your needs and design expectations.
Will is a long time St. Paul resident and is the proud parent of a son & daughter. He and his wife love to spend time at their cabin in western Wisconsin with their dog and Aero mascot Miss Pippi. Will is active in his community as well as serving as a member of the Hunter Douglas advisory committee.

Nancy Brown brings 24 years of design experience with 15 of those years operating her own design business. With a degree in interior design, Nancy’s focus is devoted to window treatments. It didn’t take her long to discover that her favorite aspect of design work was seeing the satisfaction and joy that a completed project brings to her clients. Nancy’s specialty is creating an enjoyable shopping experience, where her clients are given design ideas in the comfort of your own home. From start to finish, Nancy will make sure the total experience is a positive one!
Nancy is an avid gardener and belongs to the Sunrise Garden Club. Nancy golfs in a summer league and downhill skis in the winter. She enjoys spending time with her grown daughters and their families. Nancy enjoys traveling, one of her favorite trips was to Costa Rica.

Diane Hallbeck first became affiliated with Aero Drapery & Blind in 1983. She has a bachelor’s degree in interior design. Her many talents include working with her clients to help them visualize the perfect treatment for every room. Diane's love of decorating comes through in the services she provides, and her clients appreciate her expertise and advise. Especially for those tough window applications! Diane is recognized by her clients for her friendliness, product knowledge and professionalism. Her mission statement is to provide an excellent client experience and complete customer satisfaction.
Diane hosts an annual charity luncheon at her home that benefit's women's education. She is an active member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, golf and spending time with her husband and grown daughters.

Kelly Mattson has worked with Aero Drapery & Blind for 12 years. Her mission statement is to provide an excellent customer experience and complete customer satisfaction. Through her innovative solutions and sensitivity to her clients budget needs Due to referrals from satisfied customers Kelly has successfully expanded her business in these challenging economic times. Kelly has been acknowledged as a true professional by earning high marks from Angie’s list and is a member of the Million Dollar Club.
Kelly is the proud mother of 4 grown children, 3 sons and a resently married daughter. She is an avid Minnesota Twins fan and attends as many games as possible. Kelly grew up in Foley and is the oldest of 6 children. She maintains close ties with her extended family.

Sally Salter provides the personalized service and design solutions that her client desire. With more that 20 years experience Sally has the expertise that makes finding the perfect window treatment a fun and enjoyable experience for all involved. Her clients rave about her ability to really understand their wants and needs. Sally is a certified Shutter Specialist and she frequently attends trade seminars to learn the newest trends in design, Hunter Douglas products and draperies.
Sally has 2 grown children attending college. Her daughter just resently returned from an adventure to the artic circle. One of Sally's hobbies is weaving and she made scarves for each member of her daughter artic expedition. Sally and her husband love to travel and have enjoyed spending time in many European cities.

Joyce has a passion for art which translates wonderfully to her work with fabric window treatments. Joyce loves to cook and has a fabulous garden where she grows lots of different types of vegetable- enough to share! She has 6 grown sons and 7 grandchildren. Joyce is a member of the River Valley Referrals a professional organization.

Mary Young has the vision to help you select the perfect window fashions for any room or your entire home. She brings her expertise and knowledge of both Hunter Douglas products and fabrics for draperies, top treatments, bedding and accessories so her clients can make the best decision for their home and budget. Mary has a degree in interior design and 12 years of design experience, and 100% customer satisfaction is always her goal!
Mary was born and raised in Milwaukee, she goes back often to spend time with her family. She especially enjoys spending time with her young nephew. Mary attends as many theater productions as possible. She has recently finished renovating her home and enjoys entertaining family and friends
