I had HD blinds installed in my home in December 1995 and 3 needed repair because of damage by dogs. I checked with a number of companies, and ended up with ABS. ABS delivered a great experience in searching for, selecting, and installing a perfect set of roller shades for my high rise condo. I couldn't be happier with them and the finished look they provide to my living room. On top of that they keep annoying light out of my unit in the mornings.

I called a couple of the 'shop at home' dealers in town, where all they showed me were shutters and fake wood blinds THEN I visited Atlanta Blind and Shade's showroom, and I was blown away by my choices and options to cover my windows. The Company is incredible. I have an 1996 Duette Shade with remote switch. It stopped working. I contacted Hunter Douglas and they said I would have to purchase a new system- They referred me to Atlanta Blind & Shade. I called Jayson and told him my problem - He said that he thought he had an old Unit needed- He sold it to me (instead of a new system) - When I got home it still did not work- We finally determined it was the connection from the Connection box to the Switch. Jayson agreed to take the Unit back- and made me a new wire to run from the box to the switch- Unbelievable service- The point being that he was honest and did not sell me what I did not need. I will always use and recommend Atlanta Blind & Shade - Thanks Jayson
