Since being in our new home, the heating and cooling bills, on average, have been lower . I am sure that some of this difference has to do with the shades. In the winter I also noticed that the shade traps the cold air behind instead of releasing it into the room. I noticed this when the shade was down and I pulled the shade away from the window one afternoon.
I have had so many comments on the roman shades on the inside doors. They work great and are very attractive either up or down. Thanks for the suggestion!

Dear Jennaver,
I wanted to write you and thank you for all your kind help. I was apprehensive when you gave me a bid on blinds for my two bedrooms, each having double windows. I went shopping, knowing that I could get cheaper prices. I spent hours, measuring, fighting traffic, waiting for assistance and then dealing with people who didn't know about the blinds they were selling. All that work and aggrevation, only to find out the stores were priced two times the amount you had bid, and they couldn't even cover the double windows in one piece. None of them included installation, they said they could refer me to a guy. I came back to the comfort and ease of your assistance. You provided me with what I wanted, for a most reasonable price and I didn't have the worry. The job was done.
