With 20 years of decorating, retail merchandizing and window treatment experience, Renee Junker brings a level of design expertise to Eye on Design that is deeply appreciated by her clients. Renee does not strive to place her aesthetic upon a home but instead works to complete the design vision that is desired with the addition of fabrics, hard surfaces and fresh colors.

With 15 years of window treatment design experience and a passion for service, Jennaver Brown directs the attentions of her team to the provision of excellent product and service every day.

Jamie came to Eye on Design with many years of administrative experience and quickly took the helm of our project file system to streamline it and all of the processes involved leading quickly to better customer service and more effective project management. Her military experience has come in very handy with regard to the technical aspects of our product lines. Jamie is a resource for every employee and every client that has a need. Go ahead and challenge her—we dare you!

After 20 years of work in the field of construction and installation management, Bill Tilley brought his skills to Eye on Design. If he is not in the shop helping to craft a custom window treatment solution, Bill is likely to be found in the homes of our clients installing both hard and soft window treatments. We receive compliments on Bills's level of service and professionalism every week.

Gordon brings a lifetime of carpentry skills and more than 10 years of window treatment installation experience to Eye on Design. Gordon loves a good challenge!
