6/09/2011 As of this date, I have not received the $50 credit as was promised by Mr. Kellner. The refund was to arrive 6 weeks after the installation, which would have been on 5/25/2011. We are now into the 8th week after the installation. there is no hurry, but I was just wondering if the process is in motion or perhaps has been forgotten. Thank you. Vera
