The gentleman who came to install them was very quick and showed me how to use them. Even asked some questions about what hooks I might need for the cords. From the first phone call to the company (saw your coupon in my mailers), people were kind and courteous. The lady at the store asked quite a few questions about my needs, made some suggestions so that the person who came to the house to show us product was prepared to help us. Very positive experience
