We recently purchased two shades (yep, just two) and were astonished that we were treated like we had just redone all 21 of our windows. Julia in the showroom initiated the sale. Ellen closed the deal in our home, and Jarred completed the installation quickly and professionally. To these employees, we were special. As for the shades, they are Hunter Douglas. We already have Hunter Doulgas in our home so we knew we were getting the highest quality. As for the price, the shades were priced reasonably and discounted.
